At TRU, we realize that the first, and most important, factor in developing the best fitness program for you is to determine where your body is right now...only then can we determine the most effective way to help you get to where you want to go.
The TRU Personal Training Program begins with very thorough, comprehensive assessments that analyze the structural and muscular conditions of your body.
These assessments are completed during your very first session, and include: posture, core function and strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, and movement pattern analysis.
After completing these assessments, we create your Functional Training, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Programs. You then receive your online TRU Fitness Profile, that is designed specifically for you, outlines your entire program in great detail, and illustrates the most effective AND the most efficient steps you need to take in order to reach your fitness goals.
